It is a connecting link between the government and the people, and they are the journalists who connect people to the government and vice versa. As the journalists play a vital role in the development of a society, he or she must have realized his or her potential. Journalists who have the opportunity to pursue their passions, make a positive impact through their work, and engage in meaningful journalistic practices may be more likely to meet these needs.
So, It is time to provide our journalists with proper security and economic sovereignty so that they can fulfill the needs of Love and Belongings, Esteem and thus they can avail themselves to explore their highest level of aesthetic senses and philosophical views.
